Lyft's New TOS - How To Opt Out Of Forced Arbitration

The update spans over 35 pages and features arbitration clauses.
It is important for drivers to opt out of Lyft's arbitration agreement if they want to preserve their right to pursue individual or class action lawsuits.
Drivers have 30 days from December 13th to opt out by sending a request that includes their Lyft account details.
