The passenger also claims the driver barely adjusted the AC, asked her for directions because his navigation wasn’t working, and came across as generally unprofessional.

Sergio breaks down the situation, questions whether the passenger may have exaggerated parts of the story, and explains why drivers should focus on providing a good rider experience, even if they have strict rules for their vehicle.
