In an episode of "Behind the Wheel," Sergio interviews Anwaar, a rideshare driver from Palm Springs, California.

Anwaar began driving for Uber in 2023 and later added Lyft to his mix. He then transitioned to full-time driving in his own 2022 Tesla Model 3 after initially renting.

Despite the freedom and flexibility he enjoys, Anwaar shares frustrations about Lyft's treatment of their drivers and lack of transparency. He raises an issue with scheduled rides, which often result in no-shows and penalties that threaten his driver status.

Despite being a 5-star driver, his account is in jeopardy. Many drivers face the same issues, but can something be done about it?
