Lyft's Updated Cancellation Policy Is Great News for Drivers!
Lyft is rolling out a major change to its cancellation fee policy!
In this video, Chris breaks down how Lyft will now compensate drivers if a passenger cancels after just one minute of the driver heading toward them. This is a big shift from the previous policy, where drivers could be on the road for several minutes before receiving a cancellation fee.
But there are still questions:

👉 Does being stopped at a red light count toward the one-minute timer?
