There are a few things I’ll do for riders to stay courteous and professional… but honestly, most of the time, I just don’t want to.

In this video, I go over five things Uber and Lyft drivers do even when they’d rather not, from awkward small talk and lifting heavy airport bags to blasting the AC for riders who didn’t dress for the weather, turning on the radio when you’d rather have silence, and following directions when the GPS clearly knows better.

These might sound small, but every driver knows how annoying they can be. Still, we do them because it’s part of staying professional and keeping those ratings up.
